Cancellation Policy

At Rogers Family Chiropractic Clinic, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): A $50 fee may apply if an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. No-Shows: Patients who miss an appointment without notifying us will be charged a $50 no-show fee. After repeated no-shows, we may require a deposit to book future appointments. To cancel or reschedule: Please call or text us at 941-556-9378 during business hours, or use our online booking portal at www.rogersfamilychiropracticclinic.com We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen.
