Service Description

Your initial exam is an important first step in understanding your health and creating a personalized plan of care. During this visit, Dr. Rogers will take the time to learn about you, your concerns, and your goals so you can feel confident and informed about your path forward. Adjustment may be done same day as appointment, depending on your initial exam.

Cancellation Policy

At Rogers Family Chiropractic Clinic, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): A $50 fee may apply if an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. No-Shows: Patients who miss an appointment without notifying us will be charged a $50 no-show fee. After repeated no-shows, we may require a deposit to book future appointments.
